How long does delivery take?
Stream alerts are delivered within 24–72 hours. Montage edits are delivered daily or weekly depending on your plan.
What formats do I receive?
Alerts and overlays are delivered as ready-to-use files compatible with OBS, Streamlabs, and most streaming software. Montage videos are delivered in MP4 format.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Every package includes revisions. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is fully encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available only if work has not yet started. Once design work begins, no refunds are issued. If the final result doesn't match the brief, we'll revise at no charge.
