1. Services
ZOMA ALERTS provides custom streaming graphics including alerts, overlays, screens, and montage editing. All designs are custom-made based on your order specifications.
2. Orders & Delivery
Orders are delivered digitally via a download link. Delivery times vary by package (24h–72h). Delivery time begins after order confirmation and all required information has been received.
3. Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revisions. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Revision requests outside this window may incur additional fees.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if work has not yet started on your order. Once design work begins, no refunds are issued. If the final delivery does not match the agreed-upon brief, we will revise at no charge.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full delivery, you receive a full license to use the designs for personal streaming. ZOMA ALERTS retains the right to display the work in its portfolio. Resale or redistribution of the files is not permitted.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
